the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across all channels (B2B OEM for major retail groups, D2C via e-commerce, and traditional avenues for our house brand) to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.
- Champion domestic and international market expansion initiatives, including identifying key global growth opportunities and potentially establishing an overseas operational presence to directly serve international clientele.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated sales and marketing team, overseeing budget management, campaign execution (digital, trade, brand development), and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Leverage your years of progressive FMCG sales & marketing leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in strategic planning to drive commercial success and significantly contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
the experience
- Minimum 8 years of fmcg experience in the personal care industry, with at least 4 years at a managerial or leadership level.
- Omnichannel (online + offline) experience is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented leader with strong people management skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
