about the job
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of 2 headcounts. You will be responsible for driving and leading all sales and marketing activities. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic business plans and campaigns to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Take the lead and champion all sales and marketing activities by developing and implementing strategic business plans and campaigns to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Assume responsibility for the company profit and loss (P&L) statement, preparing comprehensive reports for management on the overall performance of the sales and marketing business unit.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of sales methods, costs, and outcomes to identify the most cost-effective and efficient approaches for achieving sales targets
Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective sales techniques, negotiation skills and customer relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular sales reports to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
8-10 years of sales experience. Furniture hardware experience will be an added advantage
Able to travel frequently within Malaysia (Central & Southern)
