• Take full ownership of a key distribution hub for one of Malaysia's most established FMCG companies

the role

• Spearhead the complete commercial and operational functions of a major depot, holding full responsibility for P&L, sales target achievement, and strategic business development within your designated territory.
• Lead and energize a multi-disciplinary team across sales, administration, and warehousing, driving a culture of high performance and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
• Guarantee operational excellence throughout the depot's supply chain, including efficient inventory and stock management (FIFO), cost-effective logistics planning, and diligent credit control and collections.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and top accounts in the region, acting as the senior point of contact to drive sales promotions, expand business, and ensure market-leading service levels.

the experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations in the FMCG industry.
• Experiece managing a Depot or Distribution Hub/Branch is essential.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
