Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven SEM Executive to manage and optimize paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude. Mandarin fluency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Manage budget allocation to maximize ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Work closely with content and social media teams to align campaign strategies
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in SEM or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
