Job Summary:
I am looking for a strategic and performance-driven SEM Manager (Mandarin-Speaking) to lead and optimize paid search campaigns. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Cultural fit and attitude are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies across Google Ads and other paid search platforms
- Lead and mentor SEM Executives, ensuring strong team performance
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients or management
- Collaborate closely with content, social media, and creative teams
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEM/performance marketing experience
- Proven experience managing mid to high-budget campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads certification
- Experience handling multiple client portfolios
- Agency background is an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO and integrated digital marketing strategies
