Framework Architecture: Designing and maintaining scalable Playwright/Cypress suites with a focus on stability, speed, and deterministic waits.
Strategic Quality Engineering: Implementing "shift-left" practices, risk-based testing strategies, and robust test data management.
CI/CD & DevOps: Integrating automated quality gates into GitHub Actions/Jenkins to provide fast feedback and reliable release signals.
Global Leadership: Coaching distributed teams across KL, and western countries on automation best practices and code standards.
