• Develop and expand business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
• Formulate and execute strategic business and sales plans.
• Drive and achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Support the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Prepare quotations and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assess customer needs and market trends, providing actionable insights to management.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing within the contract manufacturing industry.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful individuals with high energy and ambition.
