About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in executing comprehensive marketing plans and product launches. You will play a crucial role in coordinating campaigns across both online and offline channels for key brands within the company's makeup and skincare portfolio. This position involves close collaboration with sales, digital marketing, and external agencies to maximize brand performance and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing plans and product launches for a portfolio of makeup and skincare brands.
Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotions, ensuring synergy between offline and online touchpoints to drive performance.
Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of online and offline campaigns, proposing strategies for improvement.
Manage relationships with designers, suppliers, and agencies for the execution of all offline marketing materials and Visual Merchandising (VM) for retail outlets.
Prepare regular reports tracking and analyzing company KPIs to inform future strategies.
Monitor and share insights on market trends and competitor activities across both online and offline channels.
Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill requests for promotional materials and in-store merchandising support.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both offline and online marketing or brand management.
Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred, ideally with beauty/personal care brands, advertising agencies, or retailers.
Self-motivated, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
A proactive and results-oriented individual with strong initiative.
