About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Brand Executive to join the oral care marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. This position requires a balance of creative thinking and operational discipline to drive brand visibility and market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to drive brand awareness and trial.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies (Creative, Media, Digital, P.R.) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance using sales data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to track growth and identify opportunities.
- Assist in the management of the A&P budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align on-ground activations, POSM implementation, and channel strategies.
- Support new product launches (NPD) and packaging updates by managing timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and business reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within personal care or similar categories.
- Experience in managing agency partners and executing 360° campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data (e.g., Nielsen, internal sales reports).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Resourceful, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
