About the Role
We are looking for a driven and hands-on marketing professional to join a vibrant team based in Penang. This is a unique opportunity where the seniority of the role (Senior Brand Executive or Assistant Brand Manager) will be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate. You will play a crucial role in supporting the brand management team, working across a diverse portfolio that includes a market-leading beverage brand and a range of ready-to-eat food products. You will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies and collaborating with key stakeholders, including international brand principals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Managers in the development and execution of annual marketing plans and brand strategies.
Coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Assist in the new product development (NPD) process from concept to launch.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Track brand performance and prepare regular reports for the management team.
Manage and monitor the A&P budget to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Liaise with external partners, including creative, media, and P.R. agencies, as well as international brand principals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
Experience in the food and beverage categories is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Penang.
