About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Brand Executive to contribute to the growth of jejich key brands. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing team, supporting the Brand Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with a passion for brand building and a desire to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of annual brand plans.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with external agencies, including creative, media, and P.R. partners, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify key insights and opportunities.
Assist in the management of the advertising and promotions (A&P) budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of expenditures.
Work closely with the trade marketing and sales teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented at the point of sale.
Contribute to new product development projects, from concept to launch.
Prepare regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1-3 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to home or personal care products.
Proven experience in supporting the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholders.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
