About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Brand Executive to drive the growth of a leading food portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing consumer-centric marketing strategies and managing end-to-end product initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative problem-solving and strong execution to ensure brand equity and market leadership in a competitive category
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual marketing plans
Lead the execution of 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to drive brand awareness
Coordinate new product development (NPD) and launches, from concept to market rollout, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights
Manage the A&P budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI on all marketing investments
Act as the primary liaison with external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns
Oversee in-store marketing tools, promotions, and channel-specific activations in partnership with the sales team
Prepare post-mortem reports and performance reviews for senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within the food or beverage categories
Proven track record in executing successful 360° campaigns and product launches
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into brand strategies
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and agency management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project management abilities
Passionate about consumer behavior and food trends with a proactive mindset
