About the RoleAs a Senior Digital Marketer, you will lead the digital growth strategy with a heavy emphasis on international SEO and performance marketing. You will be responsible for driving organic and paid visibility across diverse global markets. This role is ideal for a data-driven specialist who is comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools to optimize content and search performance.
Key Responsibilities- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Strengthen online visibility and internal linking to enhance search engine performance for various accounts across global markets.
- Content Marketing & P.R.: Plan, manage, and create engaging content (blogs, articles, and social media posts) for platforms including Websites, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS) to engage target audiences and maintain brand P.R.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; manage budgets, test creatives/audiences, and track ROI/conversions.
- Data Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics; analyze user behavior and website traffic to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
- Experience: 2–3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM/Performance Marketing.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in managing international SEO campaigns and geo-targeted keyword research.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Mandarin (Minimum 2/5) is required to understand specific market nuances and content.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for SEO and content optimization (e.g., Clearscope, Frase, or MarketMuse).
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and site structure; strong creative problem-solving skills.
