about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Optimize and manage payroll, bonuses, benefits, and ensure compliance with statutory contributions like EPF and SOCSO.
- Handle onboarding, terminations, transfers, update employee info in the HR system, and maintain attendance and personnel files.
- Plan recruitment strategies, expand talent pipelines, define job structures, and update job descriptions.
- Manage front desk, visitor coordination, company vehicle usage, official stamp approvals, and support daily office operations.
- Maintain company assets, organize document filing, and ensure records are archived according to standards.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working closely as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 4 years of relevant experience. You have strong understanding of enterprise and HR management practices, including training operations and labor laws.
