about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to join their growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, workforce planning, and employee onboarding. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to support staff development.
- Implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, conduct employee surveys, and develop retention strategies focused on growth and satisfaction.
- Oversee performance appraisals, support managers with employee development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support payroll, manage benefits programs, maintain HR records, and assist with policy updates and HR system data accuracy.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including procurement, facilities, vendor coordination, and supporting company events and travel arrangements.

Reporting to the Corporate Manager, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. You
have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
