We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive.
This role is key to supporting both our HQ and site operations, with a focus on end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with site-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
... Manage full-cycle recruitment for both office and project-site positions.
Administer HR operations including onboarding, staff records, contracts, and HRIS updates.
Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support foreign worker matters such as permits, FOMEMA, and accommodation.
Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and HRDF submissions.
Liaise with site teams to address manpower, attendance, and HR issues.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
Familiar with Malaysia’s Employment Act, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and on-site when required.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
