Head of Human Resource/ Senior Human Resource Manager
This leadership role oversees all HR functions, focusing on developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. The Head of HR Management will align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals in collaboration with senior management.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment and selection, including workforce planning.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, manage grievances, and implement recognition programs.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance systems, provide coaching, and identify training needs.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws, develop HR policies, and stay updated on best practices.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and managing employee benefit programs.
- Training & Development: Oversee corporate development programs and ensure alignment of training with competency frameworks.
- HR Administration: Manage HR administrative functions, including records, payroll coordination, HRIS, data maintenance, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of employment laws, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, talent acquisition experience, and familiarity with performance management and employee development.
- Technical: Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, with ability to analyze survey data.
