the role
- Drive sales growth and profitability by strategically managing chain pharmacies and other assigned key accounts.
- Develop and nurture collaborative partnerships with key buyers and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to recommend effective growth strategies.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute impactful promotional activities, new product launches, and in-store activations in alignment with company strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct close monitoring and analysis of account performance, including retailer purchases, inventory levels, and competitor activities, while managing accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of fmcg key account management experience.
- Experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry is desirable.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
