Manage and oversee end-to-end conveyancing matters including sub-sale, developer projects, refinancing, auction purchases, and perfection of transfer and charge.
Draft, review, and advise on Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and related legal instruments.
Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, government authorities (e.g. land offices, local councils), and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Lead and mentor junior lawyers and conveyancing clerks, including file management and quality assurance.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised institution and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
Minimum 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing practice and leadership experience
