About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute the digital advertising strategy for a portfolio of cloud products and enterprise solutions. As a sole contributor, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign ROI , and working closely with sales and creative teams to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies for cloud products and enterprise solutions.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Baidu, and TikTok.
Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve ROI and lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and align marketing efforts with business goals.
Work with creative and content teams to design effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
Research cloud industry trends and competitors to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements
Experience with cloud vendors, resellers, or MSP ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with international paid campaigns in markets such as SEA, MENA, LatAm, or the EU.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead automation systems.
A technical background or a strong understanding of the sales cycle for cloud solutions.
