The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for proactively planning, designing, and implementing the organization's total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and business goals. This includes base pay, variable pay (bonuses and incentives), equity, and benefits.
Proactive Analysis & Market Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive. Proactively monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, and make recommendations for adjustments.
Benefits & Wellness Management: Oversee the design, administration, and effectiveness of benefits and wellness programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible work options. Ensure benefits are personalized and meet the diverse needs of employees.
Performance & Recognition: Integrate total rewards with the performance management system to link employee contributions to their compensation. Design and manage recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
Compliance & Data Management: Ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and make informed decisions about rewards programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership, finance, and other HR teams to manage the rewards budget and ensure a shared understanding of total rewards offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to work in a sole contributor position.
Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and compensation laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
