the role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and pharmacists to drive product awareness and preference.
- Conduct impactful product presentations and educational sessions for medical professionals, effectively communicating clinical data, benefits, and competitive advantages of our portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable market insights to internal teams for product development and marketing strategies.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian pharmaceutical market, including regulatory environments, key stakeholders, and established sales channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific and commercial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
