Develop, update, and manage project schedules to support capacity planning.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines, optimize costs, and achieve customer requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation or contingency plans.
Provide feedback and improvement reports to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections, audits, and tests.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and change orders.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Able to write and speak with ease when engaging with stakeholders.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player.
Ability to handle a busy environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively, including cross-border project assignments.
