About the JobThis position is based in Central but focuses on project sales across Johor and the Southern region. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to strengthen market presence and drive project specifications. The role involves frequent travel to Johor, with all travel-related expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities- Drive project sales and specification activities in Johor and Southern region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote solutions
- Manage project pipelines, including tracking and follow-up with stakeholders
- Prepare proposals and technical presentations to support client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution meets requirements
- Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- 3–5 years of project sales or building materials experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Highly result-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently (Johor/Southern region)
