About the RoleThis is a senior project sales position. You will be responsible for driving project opportunities from specification through to execution, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Drive project sales and specification activities within the Central region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Manage project pipelines, from early design/spec stage to project completion
- Conduct technical presentations, product briefings, and proposal discussions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify new project opportunities and expand market presence
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, specification, or building materials / electrical solutions
- Strong understanding of the construction and project sales cycle
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel as required
