Ensure products meet food safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Production, QA, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure scalability and successful product launches.
Lead sensory evaluation, product optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and develop the R&D team to drive innovation and execution.

about the requirement

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Science, or related field.
8–12 years of R&D experience in food manufacturing, RTE, central kitchen, or FMCG environments.
Strong experience in product development and commercialization.
Good understanding of food processing, shelf-life, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
