Randstad is partnering with a Switzerland based MNC company that specializes industrial cooling, piping systems and HVAC systems. The company is expanding their Sales team and looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Expand market share among current customers, emphasizing company's Industrial product portfolio.
- Seek new customers and leads, placing special emphasis on Industrial Cooling/HVAC OEMs, EPCs, and end-users within specific industry sectors.
- Provide customer-facing sales support, leveraging product and application knowledge for industrial cooling purposes, to assist the existing sales team.
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify product gaps and formulate compelling business cases.
- Enhance awareness of company's industrial product range for industrial cooling applications.
- Track and manage offers, projects, and sales opportunities within the industrial cooling segment.
skill and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industry/Automation/Process or equivalent
- Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience of sales & technical knowledge in industrial applications in Cooling/HVAC/Heat Exchanger
- Able to read technical drawing/design
- Able to work independently and willing to travel
