About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to cover Johor and surrounding areas. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring consistent market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer accounts in Johor and nearby areas
- Actively prospect, meet customers, and close sales opportunities
- Present products and solutions to contractors, dealers, and project clients
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer needs
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or business development (building materials experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field sales and regular customer visits
- Results-driven, proactive, and disciplined in follow-ups
- Willing to travel within Johor for work
