The Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive Regional Growth: Expand sales in Northern Malaysia, secure new business, and win strategic projects.
- Manage Key Accounts: Grow global accounts in collaboration with international sales teams.
- Consultative Selling: Offer tailored packaging solutions, including sustainable “green” materials.
- Lead Projects End-to-End: From consultation and quotation to negotiation and project execution.
- Support Operations & ESG: Manage CRM, ERP, and promote eco-friendly packaging initiatives.
- Oversee Finance & Team: Ensure cash flow and coach junior team members for regional performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent sales experience
- Availability for regular business travel
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial packaging
- Strong planning and organizational skills
