As the assistant sales manager, you will be responsible:
- work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth
- proactively identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and customer demographics
- involved in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and market analyses
- deliver exceptional customer service and diligent follow-up to maximise customer satisfaction
- stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferable from Cryogenic or Industrial Gas
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel locally and regionally
