the role

• Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a diverse range of analytic instruments
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques, specialized tools, service manuals, and electrical schematics to ensure optimal device functionality and minimal downtime.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and hands-on training to professionals and other staff on the proper operation, basic maintenance, and care of instruments.
• Accurately document all service activities, including detailed repair reports, parts consumption, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

the experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electronic or electro-mechanical equipment, preferably within the analytical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clinical staff. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
