As a Service Mechanic, you aren't just fixing machines; you are ensuring the heartbeat of onsite operations remains steady. You will travel extensively across Peninsular Malaysia, providing critical onsite support where it’s needed most. Your mission is to deliver "First Time Fix" success through a blend of technical mastery and disciplined field execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Diagnostics & Repair: Performing comprehensive troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Precision Installation: Executing the setup of new components and machinery to strict manufacturer specifications.
Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine "health checks" to preemptively identify wear and reduce onsite breakdowns.
Field Operations: Managing tools and inventory while traveling to various sites to provide elite technical support.
Technical Reporting: Maintaining precise logs and providing detailed Field Service Reports to the Assistant General Manager.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a disciplined professional who can work independently and navigate the challenges of field service with minimal supervision.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery or the automotive industry.
Education: A Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a hunger to learn and a strong technical foundation are highly encouraged to apply!
Technical Prowess: Foundational knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential. You must be able to interpret technical manuals and blueprints with ease.
