Randstad is partnering with a well-known group, they are currently looking to hire a Spa & Wellness Director (5-star luxury resort) to join them.
You will need to:
- Manage the entire wellness center's P&L by analyzing financial reports and business metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, revenue increase, and operational efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling wellness packages and services.
- Lead by example in customer service excellence, staff professionalism, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and wellness regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staffs
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to increase effiiciency and service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Wellness or related field.
- At least 10-15 years of working experience in wellness, retail, hospitality or similar industry
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong business acumen mindset and industry knowledge - wellness practices, treatments, trends.
