About the Job
This is a strategic, consultative role focused on the Melaka region. You will drive B2B growth by influencing project specifications at the design stage. Your goal is to be the primary point of contact for the professional design community, managing the entire sales funnel from identifying new ventures to closing high-value project deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Identify new business ventures and project opportunities within the region.
- Prepare and present technical specifications, catalogues, and project references.
- Utilize Sales Funnel methodologies to track leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Provide professional consultations to homeowners and industry professionals.
- Analyze account performance to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and service quality.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Design preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a major advantage.
- Ability to navigate CRM systems and digital analytics tools effectively.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills for technical and design-led discussions.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings.
