About the Job
We’re looking for a Specification Executive who is passionate about design, construction, and business development. In this role, you’ll connect with architects, designers, and developers to ensure our products are specified into projects. It’s a dynamic position that combines networking, technical presentations, and project involvement — perfect for someone who enjoys both people and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors
- Present and promote product specifications for upcoming projects
- Identify new opportunities in commercial & residential projects
- Provide technical advice, product samples, and support during tender stages
- Visit project sites to track progress and ensure product compliance
- Join product training, industry events, and trade shows to expand networks
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–3 years’ experience in specification sales, project sales, or design-related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Background in coatings, laminates, or wall finishes is an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field
