the role
- Train surgeons, nurses, and technicians on the correct usage of devices.
- Analyze the surgical flow from pre-op assessment to post-op recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons to refine surgical outcomes.
- Discuss complex cases and assist in surgical planning based on topography and wavefront data.
the experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (Registered Optometrist preferred) or related qualifications.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Ophthalmology clinic, Eye Hospital, or Refractive Centre.
- Proven experience assisting in the Operating Theatre (OT).
- Hands-on experience with Refractive Lasers.
