They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Source candidates through various platforms and networks to build strong talent pipelines.
- Review profiles, conduct phone interviews, pre-screen candidates, and assess role fit.
- Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and manage assessments
- Maintain recruitment SOPs, track applicant data in ATS, and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct reference checks and continuously review recruitment practices for efficiency and improvement.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working closely with another team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to prioritise in fast-paced and detail oriented work environments.
