They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage full recruitment cycles regionally, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Find and connect with top talent using direct outreach, networking, and local job channels.
- Share market insights on salaries, talent availability, and hiring trends to support decision-making.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates from first contact to onboarding.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by building broad, inclusive talent pipelines in both markets.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, multicultural environments. International recruitment experience and a solid talent network in the space are preferred.
