about the role
They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for key functions such as Technology, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Growth.
- Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Moka/Workable), and niche platforms to identify and engage top talent proactively.
- Crypto/Web3 Talent Pipeline: Build and manage a strong talent pool tailored to the Cryptocurrency and Web3 space, maintaining ongoing relationships with potential candidates.
- Strategic Hiring Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role specifics for accurate and effective candidate placement.
- Market Intelligence & Process Improvement: Monitor industry talent trends and competitors while continuously refining recruitment strategies and processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 2 years of experience with proven success in hiring for key roles within crypto exchanges or financial trading is a strong advantage, with added value placed on experience in executive search or headhunting in Crypto/Web3 or tech industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, multicultural environments. International recruitment experience and a solid talent network in the space are preferred.
