They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managed full-cycle recruitment for high-volume gaming roles such as Game Programmers, Artists, and Designers.
- Worked closely with game development teams to understand technical needs (e.g. Unity/Unreal engines, 2D/3D pipelines) and plan hiring strategies.
- Sourced candidates through various platforms like job boards, tech forums, and industry communities to build a strong talent pool.
- Conducted interviews to assess English communication, technical skills, and relevant project experience.
- Handled the entire recruitment process including interview scheduling, offer discussions, and onboarding.
- Delivered results quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving gaming environment.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with a strong track record in hiring for technical gaming roles such as Programmers, Artists, and Designers. Experience in a gaming company or a solid understanding of the industry—including tech stacks, role types, and salary trends—is highly preferred.
