About the JobThis is a senior technical sales role responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of flat roof and roofing system projects. The position plays a strategic role in driving product conversion, supporting consultants and contractors with technical solutions, and strengthening long-term partnerships across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow assigned accounts and project pipeline within the flat roofing segment
- Drive conversion of projects from metal deck systems to flat roof, TPO, and sandwich panel solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, main contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners
- Provide technical support and solution proposals to consultants and project stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and component KPIs to meet business targets
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and timely reporting
- Proven experience in technical sales within building materials, roofing, façade, or construction solutions
- Strong exposure to project-based sales and consultant-driven environments
- Solid understanding of flat roofing systems, waterproofing, or related construction products
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles effectively
- Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with travel and working in a flexible, field-based role
