About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Trade Marketing Manager to lead channel strategies and commercial performance for a portfolio of premium brands. This role is essential for driving brand growth, launching innovations, and ensuring excellence in market execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge brand strategy and retail implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of channel-specific strategies and annual marketing plans.
Manage new product development (NPD) and portfolio innovation, including go-to-market strategies and launch execution.
Develop strong market positioning based on consumer insights, retail trends, and competitor analysis.
Monitor brand and channel performance, generating business reviews and recommending actionable growth strategies.
Oversee A&P budget allocation and track the effectiveness of marketing investments to ensure cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and regulatory, to align on key initiatives.
Lead external agency relationships (creative, media, P.R.) to ensure high-quality execution of brand campaigns and outcomes.
Manage in-store marketing tools, such as P.O.S.M.s, product displays, and promotional materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
6–10 years of experience in marketing or trade management within the FMCG or healthcare sectors.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in data-driven strategy and retail dynamics.
Proven track record in successful new product launches and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for performance tracking and reporting.
