This role requires a skilled and talented Engineering expert in a senior management position to oversee all aspects of our engineering department. Strategic Direction: Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with overall company objectives.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Effectively manage and allocate the engineering department's budget.
Innovation & Best Practices: Identify and adopt new technologies and industry best practices, fostering innovation within the department.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices pertinent to the industry.
Strategic Vision: Capability to design and execute long-term engineering strategies.
