This role requires a skilled and talented Engineering expert in a senior management position to oversee all aspects of our engineering department. - Strategic Direction: Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with overall company objectives.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Effectively manage and allocate the engineering department's budget.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices pertinent to the industry.
- Strategic Vision: Capability to design and execute long-term engineering strategies.
