- responsible for overseeing and enhancing current Global HR Shared Service Centre Process Standardization by fully leveraging Workday for standardization, accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- collaborate with IT to implement digital tools to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall efficiency.
- conduct thorough reviews of existing Employee life cycle process from Hire to Retire to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- collaborate with HRBP, COE and IT to integrate Workday processes with broader HR and surrounding systems.
- ensure HR processes comply with local, national, and international labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- provide training and support to team members on the use of Workday systems and tools.
key requirements
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- proficiency in English and Mandarin for critical stakeholder management and communication
- experienced in Shared Service Centre work environment
- strong experience with Workday or relevant HRIS platforms
