about the role
They are currently looking for an Admin Manager to join the team as part of the pioneering team member for the newly set up entity. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages Office & Supplies: Takes care of the day-to-day running of the office and keeps track of all supplies.
- Helps Employees: Supports staff with anything from getting a new access card to organizing company events.
- Deals with Vendors: Handles all communication and contracts with outside companies for services like cleaning and security.
- Tracks Spending: Keeps an eye on the office budget and prepares reports on how money is being spent.
- Supports Green Efforts: Helps plan and get people involved in the company's environmental and social activities.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Business Admin Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and planning skills.
