Our client is a well-known international sports brand and currently we’re looking for an experienced Area Manager (sports retail) to oversee multiple stores. You will lead, mentor, and motivate store managers to achieve business targets while maintaining the high standards for customer experience and brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers to maximize performance and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of KPIs across your area.
- Monitor operational standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Analyze sales and operational data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in sports or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience managing multiple store.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
