the role
- Direct all sales and distribution activities across the Northern territory, with full P&L accountability for achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Drive distributor excellence by managing partner performance, optimizing operations, and fostering a collaborative and effective business partnership.
- Build and develop a high-caliber sales team, providing essential coaching, setting clear objectives, and cultivating a results-oriented culture.
- Oversee key retail account relationships and trade negotiations to expand product listings, enhance in-store visibility, and strengthen market position.
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- General Trade (GT) or distributor management experience is essential.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across the North.
