Minimum 5–8 years of success in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Expert in territory and pipeline management, with a knack for coaching, mentoring, and solving complex problems to drive team performance.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus), with a willingness to travel within assigned territories.
