About the Role
As Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth in the Southern region, manage your team, and execute strategic plans to expand market presence. You will oversee sales collections, implement credit control, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and penetrate target markets
- Manage and coach sales team members and indoor sales staff
- Ensure timely collection and enforce credit control
- Execute annual business plans and monthly performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and logistics/warehouse clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in racking, material handling, or warehouse automation
- Willingness to travel for business development in the Southern region
- Proven B2B sales experience and team management skills
- Strong planning, negotiation, and client relationship abilities
