- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, achieve ambitious targets, and strengthen relationships with key retail pharmacy chains (Watsons, etc.).
- Take ownership of the commercial relationship, managing trade budgets, negotiating trading terms, and planning targeted promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal brand, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless in-store execution and implementation of customer-specific strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners, utilizing in-depth data analysis to provide insights on performance, product launches, and market trends.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in key account management. Chain pharmacy experience is desirable, other Modern Trade can be considered.
- Experience in the beauty industry covering skincare/personal care/cosmetics is an added bonus.
- Independent and data-driven individual with strong communication skills.
